Erin Mock
Erin Mock is a California-licensed Professional Engineer with more than 10 years of experience in the industry. Prior to co-founding Mozamo Engineering, Inc., she worked on a wide range of large-scale infrastructure projects and local agency projects, developing a diverse skillset and expertise in project management, materials engineering, contract management, operations, and quality management. Erin is also a certified PCI Level II inspector, ACI Concrete Field Technician, and LEED Green Associate.
Erin has extensive expertise managing engineering and inspection projects, leading staff and developing the capabilities of her teams. Her corporate experience includes working alongside the executive team to support company wide operations, where she came to fully understand the value of teamwork across corporate functional teams.
She became interested in engineering at a young age when a junior high school teacher, who had a background in civil engineering, suggested it to her as a career path. Her teacher had an enthusiasm for math and science that carried over to her teaching and sparked Erin’s interest.
Erin holds a master’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from the University of California, Davis, and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Portland, Oregon.When she is not working, she enjoys watching TV shows about baking and cooking, trying out new restaurants with her husband, and taking her son to see the lions and flamingos at the zoo.
