Our Team
Our team strives for high achievement, seeks a hunger for knowledge, shows professionalism, and embodies integrity. Our senior management team brings a combined 58 years of construction experience in managing a broad range of infrastructure projects.

Ximena Daza
Business Manager
Prior to co-founding Mozamo Engineering, Ximena gained 19 years of experience as a small business owner in the San Francisco Bay Area. Ximena is an excellent problem solver and critical thinker, and is known for her ability to make crucial observations and analyze test results to resolve complex issues.
Erin Mock, PE
President
Erin Mock is a California-licensed Professional Engineer with more than 10 years of experience in the industry. Prior to co-founding Mozamo Engineering. Inc.. she worked on a wide range of large-scale infrastructure projects.
Chris McDermott, PE
Operations Manager
Chris McDermott is a construction manager specializing in roadway, building and bridge construction. He has more than 14 years of engineering and construction management experience with transportation and infrastructure projects.
